Charter middle/high school headed for Windrush?

The proposed charter middle/high school that goes before the West Contra Costa Unified school board tonight (July 10) would “most likely {be} on the former Windrush private school site,” according to the latest blog by school board member Todd Groves.

While the petition will be heard tonight, Groves reports, a decision will come at a later meeting.

Few campuses have as rich and varied a history as the property at 1800 Elm St., just a couple of blocks uphill from the Del Norte BART station.
