Seigi Karasaki, Neighbor

Seigi grew up in El Cerrito, attended El Cerrito High, and is a recent graduate of UCLA. Armed with a major in East Asian Studies and a minor in Environmental Systems & Society, he aspires to a career in international environmental policy. He is currently volunteering in rural northern China as an English teacher. He has never seen so many students in one classroom in his life.
