I moved to El Cerrito in 2000, and have lived in the east bay since 1981. I spent my first eight years as a "missionary brat" in Japan until my dad came back to the states for his PhD in asian art history. I've lived in Massachusetts, Florida, California, Virginia and Massachusetts again before graduating from college and putting down roots in the most wonderful place I've come to love.

I love the out of doors, and have found the ideal job working for the East Bay Regional Park District as a construction inspector. When I'm not busy photographing my construction projects, I'm photographing everything else, or singing in my choir. I've been a tenor at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Berkeley since 1989, and have toured England with the choir several times.
