I'm  a self-taught photographer and artist, dedicated to creating original and unique artwork with innovative techniques.  I use my nature photos and the designs I make from them in my handmade mixed media arts and crafts pieces.  I specialize in printing directly on fabric and unusual surfaces including lutradur, metal, and wood, and in using transfer techniques to get images onto any surface that won't fit through a printer.  I design fabric for textiles and home decor, and love to think of new ways, both utilitarian and fun, to use my images.  I write about my nature photography and artwork on my blog.

I'm a member of the El Cerrito Art Association, Pinole Artisans, the Diablo View Orchid Society, and online professional groups.  My husband George and I have owned Garden Delights Arts & Crafts since 2003.  I show and sell my work at the Pinole Art Center and the Glenn Custom Framing shop, as well as online, on Artfire, Etsy, and Zazzle I love to teach others to explore their own creativity and to use innovative techniques and products.  I teach a variety of workshops through the El Cerrito Recreation Department, at the Pinole Art Center, and online at CraftArtEdu.  See my books on Lulu.com.
