Casa Cerrito Preschool

The Casa Cerrito Preschool is one of two preschool programs operated by the <a href="http://patch.com/L-fGkN">City of El Cerrito</a>. Casa Cerrito serves ages from 3 1/2 years to 5 years and has its own building and play yard on Portola Drive. The other city-run preschool program is Teeter Tots, which serves ages between 22 months and 3 1/2 years and is one of the programs in the <a href="http://patch.com/L-fGdq">El Cerrito Community Center</a>. Casa Cerrito offers "age-appropriate crafts, indoor and outdoor games and playtime, music, stories and a variety of kindergarten readiness activities," according to the city website. Parents sign up to provide the snack. Registration is ongoing, as long as space is available.
