"Effortless flow" is my attempt to teach the Guang Ping style inside-out, without compromising in the
least bit, the rigor, deep stances and classic martial power and grace that our Shih-Fu emphasized
over his 50 years of teaching. Moment-to-moment attention and concentration applied effortlessly,
winds, 'measureless to man', down toward a sea of relaxation where form magically reveals itself to
the body with pin-point precision and efficacy. And feels good right down to the toes, too.

9:00 am My 36 years of Tai Chi with Roger Ramey
On this milestone and celebration of Shifu's 90th birthday, Roger Ramey will recall his 36 years as a
Tai chi student at Wen Wu school focusing on what was taught, how it was taught, and why it was
taught as it was.

11+-12 pm Staff Basics with Larry and Kathleen Giustino
12:00 pm Introduction to Push Hands and Applications with Paul Taylor Covering the basic methods and principles which comprise Tai Chi interaction.
1:30 pm Lunch at Yummy’s Chinese restaurant 10264 San Pablo Ave, EC.
Please wear your favorite Tai chi practice clothes - comfortable pants and shoes. Please dress in layers.
No breakfast will be served. Please eat before you arrive.
Light fruit snack and tea will be served. Free parking.
Pre-requisite: Basic movements and knowledge of Guang Ping Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form.
