Girls (10+) Self Defense Class

SELF DEFENSE

 FOR    GIRLS (10+)

     July 10th      10am-12pm

Learn basic self-defense techniques with the emphasis on PREVENTION and escape. Girls will  Learn and Practice in a safe, friendly and serious environment $15. or bring a sister-friend and both pay $10 each.  If your daughter knows self-defense, she is safer in aggressive situations that may occur  as well as  less susceptible to peer pressure (which is very common)

This is a MUST for any young woman living in the bay area.  Wear work out cloths and shoes.                             Call for more details or just come to class THIS SUNDAY
