Sign up for our new running class Tuesdays from 6-6:45pm. This is the perfect workout for right after work. This class will focus on proper warm up and cool down techniques, and core conditioning for beginning runners.
Meet at All in One Fitness for a warmup and then head out for a 20-30 minute run. The workout will finish up with a cooldown and exercises to strengthen your core!
