'ReCycle' Used Bicycle Sale and Bicycle Festival at Harding Elementary

Harding Elementary School is hosting its third annual ReCycle bike festival on May 11.

Harding Elementary School is holding its annual ReCycle bicycle festival and used bike sale.

Folks can buy a "reCycled" bicycle refurbished by the Harding Dad's Club bike mechanics or get basic adjustments to their bikes for free. Parks and more substantial repairs will be offered at an affordable price. You can even learn how to make repairs yourself.

The even also offers an obstacle course — just bring or borrow a bike to test it out. Compete in the "Slowest Bike Race" or learn how to ride safely to school and around town with El Cerrito Police Bike Patrol officers
