The Oldest Homes For Sale In West Contra Costa

Check out these homes that are more than 80 years old and still quite livable

Halloween always conjures up images of an aging, rickety house with cobwebs and shuttered windows that all the kids in the neighborhood say is haunted.

So, we thought in our real estate stories this week we'd take a look at the oldest homes for sale in West Contra Costa County.

These homes are certainly not haunted and are definitely comfortable for the living.

In El Cerrito, there's this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 604 Everett St. that was built in 1930.

The 1,304-square-foot restored home is listed at $599,000.

In Pinole, there's this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1035 Pinole Valley Road that was built in 1926.

The 1,074-square-foot refurbished house is listed at $272,000.
