They may or may not be true when it comes to homes, but for some people older houses are simply quainter and more "lived in."
This week, we thought we'd try to find the oldest home for sale in each of our communities.
In El Cerrito, there's this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 8002 Terrace Drive built in 1932.
The 1,396-square-foot residence sits on a quarter of an acre. The list price is $399,000.
