The city's 13th annual July 4 festival occurs mainly on July 4 at Cerrito Vista Park, though the first part of the program starts July 3 at 5 p.m. The WorldOne music festival will take place on the big stage, and many food and information booths will offer sustenance for the body and opportunities for community engagement among the mingling throng. If last year's event is an indication, you can expect to see a sizable portion of the city's populace.
