On Display Now at City Hall: 'El Cerrito- Re-imagined'

A reception will be held by the artists on April 6 between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The City of El Cerrito Arts and Culture Commission presents “El Cerrito- Re-imagined ” by the Artist Salon of the East Bay in the City Hall Gallery Space through April 24.

The artists will host a reception on Sunday, April 6 from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m.

Inspired by their personal histories in the East Bay or by the images contained in the ElCerrito Historical Society’s  book “El Cerrito – Images of America,” together the artists explored the themes of the past – nostalgia, memory, and loss – to capture the enduring essence and evolution of their town.
