Community Center Parking Lot Valley Slurry Seal will be slurrying the Community Center Parking Lot on Saturday June 4th. Expect delays and plan to park off-site. Work hours will be from 8am to 5pm.
Barrett Ave Valley Slurry Seal will be slurrying the south side slurry of Barrett (from the El Cerrito East City limits to Arlington) on Saturday June 4th. Expect delays and detours. Work hours will be from 8am to 5pm.
Expect "No Parking" on both sides of the street to allow the contractor to slurry half of the street on each Saturday. A pilot car will be used to carry traffic east and west, alternate traffic so that no one should have to wait more than 10 minutes in either direction.
