At around 7:20 p.m., police arrested a 31-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of possessing stolen property and identity-theft items during a pedestrian stop.
Monday, Sept. 6
At around 3 a.m., police arrested a 28-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle.
At around 6:45 a.m., police arrested a 51-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of possessing crack cocaine during a pedestrian stop.
Police arrested a 34-year-old El Cerrito woman on suspicion of assault on the 7300 block of Gladys Avenue. Police arrested the woman after responding to a report of a disturbance at around 6:20 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 8
A 21-year-old Vallejo man was arrested on suspicion of using a stolen credit card at a gas station on the 11300 block of San Pablo Avenue. The crime occurred at around 12:45 p.m. on March 6. Following the crime, police investigated it and obtained a warrant for the man's arrest.
Police arrested a 35-year-old San Francisco man on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine at around 7:35 p.m. Police arrested the man during an unrelated investigation.

At around 4:45 a.m., police arrested a 44-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine during a pedestrian stop.
Friday, Sept. 10
Police arrested a 31-year-old Vallejo man on suspicion of burglarizing a home on the 6400 block of Knott Avenue. Police responded to a report of a burglary in the area at around 11:05 a.m. and arrested the man minutes later after a victim spotted the man with her stolen property. Police suspect the man is responsible for a prior burglary that was reported at around 10:04 a.m. on the 6600 block of Cutting Boulevard on Sept. 6. In that case, police responded to the report, but the suspect had fled the area.
Saturday, Sept. 11
At around 3:10 a.m., police arrested a 21-year-old Rodeo woman on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine during a traffic stop.
At around 7:25 a.m., police arrested a 45-year-old Oakland man on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine. Police stopped the man while he was riding a bicycle.
Sunday, Sept. 12
At around 7:25 a.m., police arrested a 33-year-old San Francisco woman on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine.
At around 9:35 a.m., police arrested a 52-year-old El Cerrito man on suspicion of stealing liquor a few minutes earlier from a store on the 10600 block of San Pablo Avenue.
Police arrested a 44-year-old Oakland man on suspicion of stealing items from a store on the 10600 block of San Pablo Avenue. Police responded to the report of the theft at around 1:15 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 13
At around 4:30 a.m., police arrested a 45-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of possessing stolen property and methamphetamine.
