Two people working at a dry cleaner on Potrero Avene were attacked and injured by a robber Tuesday afternoon, police said Wednesday.

A male robber entered the OK Cleaners on Potrero Avenue in El Cerrito about 3 p.m. Tuesday, attacked two people working there and fled with cash, police said.

The two suffered injuries and were taken to a local hospital, where they were treated and released, said El Cerrito police Sgt. Ian Wong.

The robber was not caught, Wong said. Detectives are aggressively pursuing the case, he said. No description of the robber was released.
