Assault – Police arrested a 27-year-old El Cerrito woman on suspicion of assault on the 6400 block of Waldo Avenue. Police made the arrest after responding to a report of a disturbance at 12:03 a.m.

Shoplifting – Police arrested a 49-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of shoplifting at Safeway on San Pablo Avenue. Police responded to a report of the shoplifting at 2:50 p.m.
Cocaine Possession – At 11:30 p.m., police arrested a 43-year-old Oakland man on suspicion of possessing cocaine during a traffic stop.

Cocaine Possession – A 26-year-old Richmond man was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine during a traffic stop at 2:50 a.m.
THURSDAY, MARCH 31
Fraud – Police arrested a 32-year-old San Francisco woman on suspicion of fraud after it was reported that she attempted a forgery at Chase Bank on San Pablo Avenue. Police responded to a report of the forgery at 5:50 p.m.
FRIDAY, APRIL 1
Firearm Possession – At 11:10 a.m., police arrested a 49-year-old Oakland man and a 39-year-old Vallejo woman on suspicion of possessing a loaded and concealed firearm. Police arrested the pair during a traffic stop.
Assault – Police arrested a 61-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of committing an assault on the 11200 block of San Pablo Avenue. Police made the arrest after responding to a report of a disturbance there at 5:22 p.m.

Theft – Police arrested a 57-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of committing a theft at Carrows restaurant on Potrero Avenue. Police responded to a report of the theft at 10:10 p.m.
SUNDAY, APRIL 3
Methamphetamine – A 19-year-old Richmond man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine during a bicycle stop at 10:40 a.m.
Controlled Substance – At 1:25 p.m., police arrested a 51-year-old Richmond woman on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance during a pedestrian stop.
