Man Arrested in Richmond in Connect with Shooting in North Oakland

Elizah Jackson was booked into the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a man in Richmond on Wednesday who was wanted in connection with a North Oakland shooting last month, an Oakland police captain said today.
 
Elizah Jackson, 25, was arrested in connection with a shooting in the 900 block of 44th Street at about 10 p.m. on May 16, police Capt. Anthony Toribio said.
 
One victim was wounded in the shooting but survived their injuries.
 
Jackson was booked into Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on suspicion of attempted murder and is scheduled to appear in court in Oakland on Friday afternoon, according to jail records.
