AUGUST 31, 2012

Vehicle Theft - 10900 block of San Pablo Avenue

A 1996 Honda Civic was stolen on the 31st between 1915-2049 hours.

Driving under the Influence - 500 block of Kearney Street

Officer Evans arrested a 23-year-old Alameda man for DUI after being involved in a collision with a parked vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2012

Possession of drug paraphernalia – Walgreen’s 11565 San Pablo Ave.

Officer Arnaiz arrested a 40-year old San Pablo woman for possession of a glass-smoking pipe. She was booked at El Cerrito PD, cited, and released.

Possession of a fraudulent driver’s license – Carlson Blvd. and Adams St.

Officer Li conducted a traffic enforcement stop and subsequently arrested a 32-year old Oakland woman for possession of a fraudulent driver’s license. Her driving privilege was already suspended. She was booked at El Cerrito PD, cited, and released.

Possession of controlled substance, paraphernalia & warrant arrest – San Pablo Ave. at Cutting Blvd.

Cpl. Wahrlich conducted a traffic enforcement stop and arrested the driver, a 26-year old Richmond man, for an arrest warrant. Cpl. Wahrlich also arrested the passenger, a 17-year old Richmond woman, for possessing a controlled substance and a glass-smoking pipe. He booked both at El Cerrito PD. The adult was transported to the agency holding the arrest warrant. The juvenile was released to a relative at El Cerrito PD.

Vehicle Theft - 11700 block of San Pablo Avenue

Officer Del Prado and Koda arrested a 20 year-old Oakland woman for being in possession of a stolen rental car. Officer Del Prado booked the woman at ECPD.

SEPTEMBER 2, 2012

Possession of drug paraphernalia – San Pablo Ave. and Moeser Ln.

Officer Arnaiz conducted a pedestrian enforcement stop and arrested a 26-year old Richmond man, for possession of a glass-smoking pipe. He was booked at El Cerrito PD, cited, and released.

Automobile Theft – 3200 block of Yosemite Ave.

A green 1995 Honda Accord was stolen between 9/1/12 @ 2300 hours & 9/2/12 @ 1230 hours.

Possession of a controlled substance and warrant arrest – San Pablo Ave. and Potrero Ave.

Officer Arnaiz conducted a traffic enforcement stop and arrested the passenger, a 33-year old Richmond man, for an arrest warrant and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Residential Burglary – 1800 block of Arlington Blvd.

A burglar broke into a residence through a side window of a residence sometime between 9/1/12 @ 1030 hours & 9/2/12 1520 hours.
