At around 11:15 p.m., police arrested an 18-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle. The man was found driving the vehicle at around 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 17, but could not be apprehended that night after he ran away.
Police arrested a 23-year-old Richmond man and a 22-year-old Suisun woman on suspicion of attempting to sell stolen property. The pair was arrested following a report of a disturbance at Guitar Center at 2:45 p.m.

Police arrested a 15-year-old Albany boy on suspicion of committing a strong-arm robbery at El Cerrito Plaza. The crime was reported to police at around 6:10 p.m.

At around 2:20 a.m., police arrested a 48-year-old Oakland man on suspicion of possession of heroin and marijuana packaged for sales. Police arrested the man after he fled from his vehicle following a traffic stop.
Monday, Sept. 27
Police arrested a 34-year-old El Cerrito woman on suspicion of assault following a report of a disturbance on the 3000 block of Yolo Avenue. The disturbance was reported to police at 12:17 p.m.

At around 2:50 p.m., police arrested a 30-year-old Richmond woman on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine. Police arrested the woman following a pedestrian stop.
Saturday, Oct. 2
At around 2:05 a.m., police arrested a 24-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine. Police arrested the man during an unrelated investigation.
Sunday, Oct. 3
At around 1:30 a.m., police arrested a 34-year-old Oakland man on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine and concentrated cannabis. Police arrested the man after he attempted to get away on a bicycle.
At around 2:25 p.m., police arrested a 32-year-old Richmond woman on suspicion of possessing crack cocaine. Police arrested the woman during an unrelated investigation.
Monday, Oct. 4
Police arrested a 36-year-old Hercules man and a 43-year-old El Sobrante man on suspicion of committing a theft on the 1300 block of Lawrence Street. Police received the report of the theft at around 10:10 p.m.
