Ignoring a red light and getting away with it.

With El Cerrito's diligent traffic enforcement, who else could get away with ignoring this many lights? This guy sped away seconds after the photo was taken, without waiting for green, at the Fairmount Avenue entrance to El Cerrito Plaza. (April 2, 2011)
