WCCUSD Bonds info request update
The superintendent’s office said it would respond to my request by yesterday, but I did not receive any response from them.
One concern I have in addition to the apparent inability to respond to information requests in a timely manner is that I sense that the district is not able to effectively make use of readily available data and so makes costly mistakes.

On September 12, he wrote: I was hoping to get some information last night from our financial advisor. I will respond to all you questions by Wednesday, September 18th.
On September 20, he wrote: When the public has questions for the District, the correct procedure would be to file a public information request. I should have directed you to make a public information request immediately. I thought that I could get your questions answered quickly but ran into some delays in my normal work load. I see that you have filed the public information request and the District will be responding to all your questions.
Also I noticed the following. The Facilities Subcommittee Meeting of the Board of Education is meeting on October 8, 2013. I saw an agenda, but no attached documents.

Are there public members on the committee? Is the membership a secret? I could not find the list of members on the agenda or on the web site.
