Recycling Center Parking Stalls

Who decided on the angle of the parking stalls?  Not once have I been able to get the car lined up right. And from what I see when I go there, not too many people can do it either. Never seen angles like that anywhere else. Maybe the idea was to make it easier to unload your car, but it just does not work. I just drive in straight like the old design. Works for me.
