More ashtray receptacles and security cameras for catching people committing crimes such as robbery, littering, or dumping trash

I think there should be more ashtray receptacles placed along the sidewalks of major public streets in El Cerrito, Albany, and Richmond such as San Pablo Avenue, Central Avenue, Potrero Avenue, Cutting Boulevard, MacDonald Avenue, Solano Avenue in Berkeley and Albany, and Marin Avenue / Buchanan Street.  I also think security cameras should at such locations as Buchanan Street where it connects to the I-80 & I-580 freeways, along San Pablo Avenue in Richmond and  El Cerrito, Potrero Avenue where connects to I-80 incl. the ramps to and from  the freeway there & at Carlson & Cutting Boulevards, and Central Avenue.  I believe that if security cameras were installed and monitored at those locations or along those streets, there would be much less crime and trash in our community overall.
