HELP PLEASE! I have been meaning to grouse about this for some time now.
I am tickling 60 years old now and it just ain't getting any easier for me to see any pedestrian who dresses in black clothing and who insists on prancing around in the evening out on the streets.
I cannot tell you how close I have come to hitting someone and the panic and frustration and anger I feel after this happens.
Personally, I always wear reflective clothing when I walk during the day or night, but some of these folks just seem to think that the whole world revolves around them and that they are the focus point of everyones attention.
What with the glare from city lights and oncoming car lights it can be near impossible to see a darkly glad walker / runner who insists on practicing this inconsiderate activity.
PLEASE WISE UP! The last thing I want is to hit someone. It would be a major life changing event for both parties. Please be aware of your surroundings and consider how much pain a 2 ton car or truck can cause.
