About a month ago, my husband asked me to watch out for a black and tan, curly tailed chihuahua running around the quad of our apartment complex. He was concerned because the lil guy did not have a collar, and he ran away to the street toward the bart trail.
If you've read my blog, you know that i frequently walk the path. I've seen this tramp a few times trotting around near DMV. I always ask folks i see in the area if he is their dog, and one family mentioned that they see him on Liberty street.
Well, i saw him tonight again! he looks really healthy and happy and almost friendly but not ok with petting or sitting. What is his story?
