Broom Bash at El Cerrito Hillside Natural Area

Friends of Five Creeks, Neighbor

Join Friends of Five Creeks pulling out invasive, fire-prone broom from El Cerrito's beautiful Hillside Natural Area. All welcome! Great views; good company; tools, gloves, water, and snacks provided.

Wear closed-toed shoes with good traction and long pants and sleeves. There is poison oak in the area, although you can avoid it. Meet at the service-road entrance near the redwood grove, north side of Schmidt between Navellier and the El Cerrito Recycling Center. If you come late, follow the service road north until you find us.
