24th Annual GRIP Harmony Walk to End Hunger Presented by Chevron

The Harmony walk is a 4-mile walk in which community members, business representatives and public officials unite and walk/run to raise funds to benefit GRIP's homeless service programs, which serve Contra Costa County.

100% of Funds raised from the 24th Annual Harmony Walk to End Hunger Presented by Chevron will benefit our homeless service programs, which include: the Family Housing Program, the Permanent Supportive Housing Program for chronically homeless individuals and the West County Resource Center, which provides the homeless with showers, laundry facilities, mailing addresses, email, internet, phone access and the Souper Center, which provides hot meals to all hungry and homeless persons in West Contra Costa County.

These programs and services are vital to the community and benefit more than 15,000 homeless individuals and families in Contra Costa County annually.
