Ken McKeon on "Embodying Spacious Knowledge."

We tend to know our body as a static object, while mind observes and directs. The goal of this talk by Time, Space, and Knowledge instructor Ken McKeon is to relax a bit and loosen up this view. Meditations from the Time, Space, and Knowledge vision help restore a spacious kind of knowledge that enlivens and delights.

This is part of a lecture series this May titled "Integrating Body and Mind. When mind and body are out of harmony, our ability to be present and responsive diminishes and our well-being suffers. This series describes several approaches that restore harmony between body and mind. These include Tibetan Yoga movement and massage practices that directly affect mind and emotions, bringing greater peace and vitality. Innovative meditations and analysis from the Time, Space, and Knowledge vision and from Skillful Means teachings inspire new ways of relating to embodiment, opening a space for greater freedom and contentment.
