All In One Fitness is offering a 12 week fitness transformation
program! It consists of 3 half-hour sessions –two in a group setting and one
with a personal trainer.  The group sessions
will be led by our newly certified Tabata Boot Camp certified trainer,
Christian Bryan.  Tabata-style training
is the latest fitness craze and now you can experience it yourself with our
newest version of the 12-week Fitness Transformation! 

What is Tabata? It is
a workout style based on the research of Japanese researcher Izumi Tabata and
involves short bursts of simple exercises resulting in making you stronger and
fitter than you have ever been before! 

Less than $25 per
sessions ($899) includes an initial assessment with Christian, pre and
post-assessments, nutrition counseling, and full enrollment in the

Group sessions are
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm   (private
training sessions with any personal trainer by appointment)
