"El Cerrito Re-Imagined" Art Exhibit

Artist Salon of the East Bay exhibit, El Cerrito Re-Imagined at El Cerrito City Hall Gallery Space

Artists, Rita Bagley, Dyana Bhandari, Pam Fingado, Edward Alex Franco, Sandi Potter, and Nicole Rubio, members of the Artist Salon of the East Bay (ASEB) are exhibiting, El Cerrito Re-Imagined at the El Cerrito City Hall Gallery Space. Inspired by the images contained in the El Cerrito Historical Society's book, "El Cerrito - Images of America," and reminded of their personal histories in the East Bay they explored the themes of the past -nostalgia, memory, and loss, to capture the enduring essence and evolution of their town.

The exhibit opens on March 10, 2014 and closes on Thursday, April 24, 2014. The Artist's Reception will be on Sunday, April 6 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

El Cerrito City Hall hours are: Mon - Wed: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Tues-Thurs:  8:00 am - 6:00 pm  Closed Friday, March 14, 28 and April 11
