Improve health, mood, and immunity with this restorative yoga workshop. Deeply restful floor-based restorative yoga postures, and guided meditation will help your body and mind recover from the negative effects of stress. These tools will help you through the upcoming holiday season!
Are you physically or mentally exhausted? Are you running around trying to get things done? Are you overwhelmed with responsibilities? Are you busy taking care of others? Come experience relaxation & rejuvenation of your body & mind!
This workshop is focused on deep rest and relaxation of the body & mind. Therefore, there is no movement. We will begin with a breathing exercise to separate your thoughts from past & future and bring your awareness into your body in present time. During the majority of the workshop, you will be resting in supported restorative poses. Closing with a guided meditation. The restorative poses help the immune system, hormonal balance, the digestive system; alleviate low back pain, insomnia, calm the mind, reduce fatigue, increase vitality, and help you to find peace within yourself.
Workshop fee: by December 8th $45, thereafter $60
