I love that El Cerrito has a place like Giovanni's so I'm throwing my vote their way though I have to shop at larger markets in town due to budgetary reasons, mainly. I do try to shop at Giovanni's when cost is not a big deal. Not too much difference from Walgreens or CVS. Just like Walgreen's for its very friendly staff, particularly at the photo counters and check out stands. It's usually pretty busy each time I'm in there and I'm always reminded how hard retail work can be and appreciative of retail workers who are underpaid for how much crap they deal with. The Dollar Tree is just a wacky place to shop. I go to the one in Vallejo a lot too. Never know what you're going to find there
