oops, forgot the pump portion! Bike rack/lock and pump at Sugar Cone Cafe in Kensington

Pump? This I've got to know about. Is it for putting air into tires? Pumping excess water out of the ground? A curbside soft ice cream filling device for hungry cyclists? Do tell. (And don't laugh...what goes round, comes round! I want one down here on Colusa. Curbside soft ice cream.)

Lisa, you got it! Congratulations. It is the bike rack, pump, etc. that Sugar Cone Cafe installed as a result of the student "Carrotmob" project at Prospect Sierra School to encourage local businesses to be green. (We had an article about it, "Eat Some Ice Cream and Save the World!" – http://patch.com/A-h2ns.) Please send me an email at charles@patch.com so we can arrange to get your prize to you.
