"Bad, Weather, Bad"

The storm that assailed El Cerrito and Kensington last night, Tuesday, and today is expected to continue the rest of today and tonight, with possible thunderstorms and hail in addition to likely showers, the National Weather Service says.

The unseasonable weather — with thunderstorms in early October — may seem like a misbehaving puppy. The National Weather Service says the elements will continue their mischief the rest of today and tonight, Wednesday, with possible hail and a thunderstorm, as well as likely showers.

The forecast calendar for the rest of the week in El Cerrito and Kensington shows a chance of showers Thursday followed by sunny days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The high temperatures are expected to be 58 on Thursday, 63 on Friday, 66 on Saturday and 67 on Sunday.
