Local Home Sales: Latest Real Estate Prices in Albany, El Cerrito, Kensington and Nearby

With only one home sold each in Albany and El Cerrito, we have more from Richmond and Berkeley this week. The sale prices for the 10 homes shown here range from $285,000 for a two-bedroom house on Amador Street in Richmond to $619,000 for a three-bedroom house on Grizzly Peak in the Berkeley hills.

Of the 10 homes, three sold within 14 days, and half sold for 99 percent or more of their original list price. The average list price was $442,470 and the average sold price was $433,132.
