Local Home Sales: Latest Real Estate Prices Around Albany, El Cerrito, Kensington

There were no homes sold in Albany over the last week, so the ten homes shown here include two in El Cerrito, three in Kensington, one in Richmond, and four in Berkeley. The sale prices for these ten homes range from $120,000 for a two-bedroom house in Richmond to $839,000 for a three-bedroom house in Berkeley.

Of these 10 homes, half sold within 15 days, and nine sold for 91 percent or more of their original list price. The average list price was $591,040, and the average sold price was $578,550.
