Kensington Veterinary Hospital wants to see your pictures of your pet looking healthy and happy for a new photo contest in honor of Dental Health Month, which is in February.

Entries will be accepted through Jan. 30. Starting Thursday, Patch readers will then vote on the finalists, and the hospital judges will pick three winners the first week of February.
The judges include Kensington Veterinary Hospital veterinarian Beth Phimister; local photographer Nan Phelps; house cat, Lynnette; and everyone’s favorite American Bulldog Captain Jack and his little brother Barley. For more information on the judges, go to www.kensingtonvethospital.com.
The judges will pick the winning pet as well as two runner-ups. The winner and runner-ups will be announced on Patch as well as on Kensington Veterinary Hospital’s website and Facebook page.
The first prize is a free oral exam and estimate plus half off a teeth cleaning by Dr. Beth Phimister (Value is $400 to $1,000, depending on the health of your pet’s teeth).
The two runner-ups will receive a free oral exam, which includes cleaning estimate, from Dr. Phimister.
All entrants will get a turn being featured as the cover photo for the Kensington Veterinary Hospital Facebook page.
