Ohlone Greenway to Completely Reopen by End of December
The path between Stockton and Central opened on Friday.
City officials expect to have the entire Ohlone Greenway in El Cerrito entirely reopened to the public by the end of the month. On Friday, the section between Stockton and Central avenues was opened for bikers, walkers, joggers and skaters. The only portion to remain closed is between Manila and Portola avenues.
Work crews are finishing minor items, including landscaping and pavement markings on the newly reopened section.
