Garage Sale - warm up for the Citywide

We're planning to participate in the October 9th Citywide Garage Sale but we're having a warm up sale this Saturday, September 25th from 9-3 at 5803 Alta Punta Ave (cross street Edith).   I've always thought of myself as a minimalist but recently I realized that I have been lying to myself for a number of years.  In response I'm getting rid of a number of things including 4 place settings of Royal Doulton china, Baronet pattern.  I also have 6 place settings of vintage China from Japan circa 1920.  There is a complete set of Oneida silverplate with serving pieces in a mahogany case.  Ikea single bed with three storage drawers underneath (disassembled but with all the parts).  Small entertainment center.  One six drawer dresser is available, not quality but serviceable - free if you want it.  Bissell carpet cleaner (I got rid of all carpets in my home).  Various housewares, books, vases, dolls, games, puzzles, scuba accessories (weights, belts), two sets of snow chains, two vintage interior doors, large dog crates and all other sorts of stuff.   My roommate has a lot of stuff she is selling as well.    So drop by and get a look before we move on to the citywide garage sale, before things get picked over.  Help me to become the minimalist I know in my heart that I am!
