Blessing of the Animals at Christ Lutheran Church

As part of the Festival of St. Francis of Assisi, Christ Lutheran Church is hosting a Pet Blessing this Sunday, October 9th.

All pets are welcome, but please respect the following guidelines:

1. All pets need to be on leash, in a carrier, or in a portable tank.

2. All pets should have an ID tag.

3. Shots should be up-to-date.

4. If applicable, bathe before the service.

5. Prior to the service, take your pet for a walk or extended playtime.

6. Prior to the service, allow pet to relieve itself.

7. Bring a favorite toy/treat to help quiet the pet during the service.

8. Bring plastic bags, just in case.

9. If you are unable to bring your peet, feel free to bring a picture.
