President Kronenberg's response to "Public Comment" placement

In response to questions about why the WCCUSD Board meeting "Public Comment" period was moved down on the agenda and whether or not there was documentation in previous meeting minutes articulating the reasoning for this decision, she provided the following response:

"Friends,
This change has not been officially made - only discussed.  One reason is that we have generally been successful in moving public comment up when we have seen a number of members of the public in attendance wanting to speak.  However, I don't see any reason not to move it - officially - and I will propose this.  
I am not sure if the order of the agenda requires a board vote (or can just be done in agenda setting) but I will find out.
