 CAL\, opens Saturday\, February 11\, at 2 p.m. at the Freight &amp\; Sal
 vage\, 2020 Addison Street\, Berkeley.&nbsp\;\nThis glittering stage ada
 ptation of the best-selling children&rsquo\;s book\, Pinkalicious\, by E
 lizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann\, tells the story of Pinkalicious Pinker
 ton\, who eats so many pink cupcakes she turns pink from top to toe.\nWi
 th Broadway-style music by John Gregor and lyrics by Gregor and the Kann
 s\, PINKALICIOUS\, THE MUSICAL\, has all the ingredients for a wonderful
  family treat. The show plays Saturdays at 2 p.m. and Sundays at 11 a.m.
  and 2 p.m. through March 4.\nSean Fenton directs an engaging\, energeti
 c cast (listed alphabetically below). Fenton is assisted by Music Direct
 or Lynden Bair\, Choreographer Nicole Helfer\, Stage Manager Christina L
 arson\, Props Designer Kristie Leffler\, Set Designer Chelsea Pegrem\, L
 ighting Designer Joey Postil\, Technical Director Kim Schwartz\, Puppet

  (Dr. Wink/Allison) is thrilled to be once again working with Bay Area C
 hildren's Theatre where she played the role of Allison in&nbsp\;Miss Nel
 son is Missing&nbsp\;in 2010.&nbsp\;Other Bay Area credits include:&nbsp

 tre Company.\nEvan Boomer (Peter Pinkerton) makes his debut with Bay Are
 a Children's Theatre for this performance of&nbsp\;Pinkalicious\, The Mu
 sical. His recent credits include Young Scrooge in A Christmas Carol and
  the Waiter in She Loves Me at Center REP\; Little Shop of Horrors\, Hys
 terium in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum\, and Al DeLuca
  in A Chorus Line at Contra Costa Musical Theatre. A proud member of the
  Fantasy Forum Actor's Ensemble\, Boomer holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts fr
 om California State University\, East Bay\, and has recently studied wit
 h Music Theatre Conservatory at Notre Dame de Namur.\nDerek Travis Colla
 rd&nbsp\;(Mr. Pinkerton) is happy to return to the Bay Area Children&rsq
 uo\;s Theatre (BACT) family with this production of&nbsp\;Pinkalicious\,
  The Musical. Previously\, he was seen as Snail in BACT&rsquo\;s product
 ion of&nbsp\;A Year With Frog and Toad. Other recent Bay Area production

 n&nbsp\;Drood!&nbsp\;\nKatie McGee (Pinkalicious Pinkerton) recently gra
 duated from Saint Louis University (SLU) with degrees in theatre and com
 munication. At SLU\, she appeared as Sally Bowles in Cabaret\, Beatrice 
 in&nbsp\;Much Ado about Nothing\,&nbsp\;and Snoopy in&nbsp\;You're a Goo
 d Man\, Charlie Brown (St. Louis'&nbsp\;best actress in a musical '08). 
 In 2010\, she premiered the role of Lucy in Muddy Water Theatre's produc
 tion of Eugene O'Neil's posthumously published&nbsp\;Now I Ask You. Offs
 tage\, she has enjoyed working as a youth music director and&nbsp\;is cu
 rrently having a blast working as a marketing intern for the California 
 Shakespeare Theatre.\nAnna Smith (Mrs. Pinkerton) is tickled pink to be 
 making her Bay Area Children&rsquo\;s Theatre debut with Pinkalicious\, 
 The Musical. A Bay Area native\, Anna has been seen the last two Decembe
 rs in Scrooge: The Musical at Town Hall Theatre in Lafayette. Her recent
  credits include Titania and Hippolyta in Woman&rsquo\;s Will&rsquo\;s p
 roduction of A Midsummer Night&rsquo\;s Dream\, Emma Goldman in Ray of L
 ight Theatre&rsquo\;s production of Assassins\, and the peasant choir in
  Shotgun Players&rsquo\; Beardo. She has appeared with other companies i
 ncluding New Conservatory Theatre Center\, Willows Theatre Company\, and
  Ross Valley Players\, and has understudied with the California Shakespe
 are Theater. A local teaching artist\, Smith is building her own drama c
 urriculum at Collins Elementary School in her hometown of Pinole.\n_____
