Each Thursday, Patch will feature a gallery of local photographs. Today we offer scenes from the parade Sunday on Solano Avenue following performances at the Albany Twin theater. The celebration inaugurating the Year of the Rabbit was organized by El Cerrito resident Ah-lan Min, director and teacher of Ah-lan Dance, one of the performing organizations. Other groups were Golden Lion (martial arts and lion dance), Chinese Wind Music Academy and the Cornell and Ocean View elementary schools Chinese after-school programs.
