An afternoon of arts inside City Hall helped dispel the damp and gray outdoors Saturday.

A free "Celebration of the Arts" at City Hall Saturday afternoon featured documentaries, Polynesian dance, harp music, magic, an exhibit of art works by city staff and a peek at the Shadi Historical Room. The event, sponsored by the Arts and Culture Commission, commemorated California Arts Day and National Arts and Humanities Month.
